Denmark (DK) mourns the Ashura on 10th of Muharram 1436

A massive, historic Ashura procession recently took place in Copenhagen, Denmark. Alhamdullilah, more than 30,000 individuals were estimated to have attended this procession.  This year, despite the turbulent environment that we are currently facing, we had the most organized and peaceful procession ever. Our people were chanting in Danish, English, Farsi, Arabic and Urdu for Imam Husain and also denouncing ISIS.

Essex Jamaat held its annual Interfaith Day on Saturday 7th March at Galleywood Heritage Centre, Chelmsford.
