European Hajj Mission Safety Announcement

Posted on Thu, 2015-09-24 15:51

We pray for the safety and safe return of all Hujjaj and we pray for those who were injured or lost their lives in the stampede earlier today.

Salaamun ‘Alaykum.

Due to the vast number of Hujjaaj, there was a stampede earlier today which lead to over 300 deaths and many injuries. Alhamdulillah we can confirm that everyone at the European Hajj Mission group are healthy and safe. The group was quite a distance away from the stampede and thus were not affected.

Let us pray for the safety of all Hujjaaj and that they are given the Tawfeeq to complete their Hajj and return home safely – Ameen.

JazakAllah
