Feedbacks from a few participants:

“I am pleased that I got the opportunity to attend Shaykh Kumail's Hadith course in Bhavnagar. The topic was one that I did not have much knowledge of. I liked the way in which Shaykh Kumail developed the subject in a logical manner starting from the basic concepts through to historical background of Hadith, types of narrators, centres of Shia Hadith etc. We also got a thorough insight of Usool e Kafi and three other Shia books. The sessions were interactive and the homework was challenging. May Allah (swt) give him Taufeeq to continue the good work.  Ameen.” Shameem Mehrali from Birmingham (Sis Shameem was on a tabligh trip to Bhavnagar who attended the course)

“We want to thank The World Federation for bringing such a good course among us which have increased our knowledge. And thanks to Kumailbhai and Shahedah Ben for explaining this hard topic in a simple and easy language. Besides Quran, we came to know very interesting facts about Hadith of which we were unaware of. Due to this course, the best advantage is that now onwards we will not follow blindly. We will think before quoting or saying any Islamic sayings.” Iram Varteji

“Alhamdulillah....got good information about Hadith & Sanad. I also got to know about how hard our scholars had worked, this has now got me attracted towards books written by them. I felt like I lack in reading and will surely try to increase my reading now onwards.” Heena Jamani

Sh Kumayl Rajani: It was a unique kind of experience to conduct a course on ‘Introduction to Hadith’ in Bhavnagar compared to what I teach in Jamiat al Zahra (sa). I commend the enthusiasm and dedication towards such classes from the participants.

The announcement of the publication of this work was awaited eagerly. A twenty years wait for a new edition raises the question if the wait was worthwhile.

It is so difficult to sum up an experience that had such a great impact on my life in just a few sentences, but if someone had told me that my perspective on life, the way I think, the things I do, and the way I live will all drastically change during the short duration of the course, I would not believe them, but here I am proven wrong.

Woken up by the sound of Masuma's alarm at 3.30am - a few girls visited the Haram for Fajr Salat while I stayed back - with the little time alone I had until sunrise I prayed Fajr in a small corner of our dorm. I stepped outside our room to take a walk across the campus, the silence allowed me to reflect on the past few days - I began to write down my thoughts and evaluate my daily targets. Our 7th day at Jamiatul Zahra begins.
