The President of The World Federation meets with His Eminence Ayatullah Ishaq Fayyadh

Dr. Asgar Moledina, President  of The World Federation joined the delegation led by Syed Abdul Sahib Al Khoei and accompanied by Hujjatul Islam Mawlana Zaffar Abbas and other prominent Ulamaas, to receive and welcome Grand Ayatollah Mohammad Ishaq al-Fayyadh and his delegation on arrival at Gatwick airport on  Tuesday 11th March 2014.


On Wednesday March 12, 2014 Dr. Moledina attended a luncheon at the Al Khoe Centre in honour of the Grand Ayatullah where various Muslim and other faith leaders were also present.

On Saturday 15th March 2014, Dr Moledina and Dr. Husein Jiwa, President of CoEJ led by Mawlana Zaffar Abbas and accompanied by The Vice President of Hujjat Jamaat, Murtaza Gulamhusein, Secretary General Mohsin Kassam, Shaikh Abbas Panju, Senior Pyarali Merali, and Trustee Azad Poptani had a private audience with His Eminence Ayatullah Ishaq Fayyadh. 


His Eminence stressed on the unity of the community and advised on various religious and social matters. The delegation thanked him for his valuable time and conveyed the community’s salaams and duas.

His Eminence Ayatullah Ishaq Fayyadh expressed his views on the Khoja community and said that it is the best of the Shia communities, who are always trying to follow the religion of Muhammad wa’ale Muhammad alayhimussalam regarding practising, preaching and helping the other Shia communities and individuals in the world. This makes it the best community worthy of all support including ours.
