The World Federation launches the Masters Edge program 2024

As part of the month of Education which commenced on the Wiladat of our Holy Prophet (saw) and Imam Jafar al-Sadiq (a), The World Federation Education team takes great pleasure in launching the Masters Edge 2024 program in collaboration with the Hiridjee Foundation.

The Masters Edge program is a highly competitive program where potential applicants are evaluated on their academic excellence as well as wider contribution to society.

As part of the Masters Edge program, The World Federation will support successful applicants with a Higher Education support package towards their university tuition fees as well as provide these students with mentorship and career coaching to help unlock their potential and take them to the next level in their professional career.

We are pleased to announce that our first successful candidate is Sr. Aalaiya who graduated with a distinction from Middlesex University (Mauritius) in 2019 and was recognized as the best student in Business Management & Finance. She was also selected to represent Mauritius in the HSBC Business Case Competition in Hong Kong, demonstrating strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Upon graduation, Sr. Aalaiya went further to develop a marketing course for a Non-Governmental Organisation in Pakistan, directly impacting the lives of 15,000 underprivileged children.

To-date, Sr. Aalaiya has worked across four industries, gaining multi-industry experience and made significant social and economic contributions.

Alhamdullilah, the University of Warwick has awarded Sr. Aalaiya a 50% Excellence scholarship to pursue a Masters in Management for Business Excellence.

In recognition of Sr. Aalaiya’s academic excellence and wider contribution to society, The World Federation will empower her to pursue the Masters program through the Hiridjee Foundation and will help unlock her potential through mentorship and career coaching.
