On the auspicious occasion of the birth anniversaries of the beloved Messenger of Allah, Prophet Mohammed (saw) and the pillar of the Ja’fari school Imam Al-Sadiq (a), The World Federation’s External Tableegh Department is organising its first-ever Reverts Conference, scheduled to take place on 21st September 2024, from 9am to 7pm, at The WF House in Harefield, London.
The World Federation aims to achieve the following through this unique gathering:
1. Support the spiritual growth of those who have embraced the mad’hab of Ahl al-Bayt (a).
2. Identify and address the challenges faced by the revert community.
3. Provide a platform for reverts to share their experiences and connect with other groups.
The conference will feature four key themes, discussions, and workshops led by a distinguished panel, including Shaykh Nuru Mohammed, Shaykh Ayyub Rashid, Shaykh Mohammad Zakariya, Shaykh Ahmed Haneef, Brother Abd Al-Rauf Shokoya, Brother Gareth Quested, and Brother Razahussein Rahim. Topics will focus on the journey towards the Mad’hab of Ahl al-Bayt (a), challenges of maintaining this path, integration within mainstream Shia communities, and addressing the specific needs of revert groups. The sessions will also cover future planning and resources provided by The World Federation.
Please note – The conference is a physical event, and spaces are limited. If you are involved in any Interfaith or External Tableegh activities or are actively working with the Reverts Community and are willing to participate, please confirm your attendance latest by Monday, 16th September by registering below.
